Maison Messmer was a wonderful choice as was Baden Baden. We did a overnight trip on our way to Colmar and had I known how beautiful it was I'd likely have stayed two. Really nice property and staff was extremely responsive and helpful. Shopping and dinning nearby and lots to see and do.

A charming and beautiful building in an amazing town right by the Casino and steps from restaurants and Lichtentaler Allee. The executive rooms with terrace are definitely worth it for morning coffee city views. The hotel's spa and gym are very nice, they are maintained and kept pretty clean at all times. The staff were also very nice and helpful. The only negative is what all other reviews mentioned, the towels, bathrobes, and even the bedding were very old that my pillow case was shredding. I've never experienced this even at 3 star hotels. It wasn't excellent but a pretty good stay.

We stayed first week of December and loved the proximity to the Christmas market, our room overlooked it! Very walkable to access the city for meals and shopping. Room was fanatic and loved the spa.

Great property with friendly staff, don't listen to Google in terms of directions. Take the bus or taxi to Leopoldsplatz and walk. Save yourself some money. There is a bridge not visible on the map apps.

Staff did not recognise VIP status, and we didn’t get a room upgrade. Ok, no problem. But generally they were unable to answer basic questions about the VIP perk and also when checking out, staff seemed to confuse us with checking in again. Breakfast was nice and location was convenient

Great location in downtown BadenBaden. Walking distance to main attractions. Lots of dining and shopping options. Having a hotel with spa services was the reason we choose this hotel. It was a girls spa weekend trip. Super relaxing with great amenities.

The staff was extremely helpful. The property is very well maintained and I noted a cleaning supervisor walking the floors to check on quality. I asked to change rooms (traveling alone and didn't want to be on ground level) and they were quick to make the change. All around a great location, too. Off the main area, but close enough to walk to shops, the park and the older town and restaurants. I enjoyed it very much and would return/recommend.
