Hotel was excellent, once we changed room. Location not so good,building work, unsafe conditions,uneven pavements,rubble ,holes in pavements.

Rashan and Mehmet in the front desk were very patient and they kept their word to change my room the next day

The service was excellent, the recipient were helpful and all restaurants were clean and have tasty meals. The rooms were clean and the space area was enough. The advantage also to get the pass for the land of legends theme parks. I think the only disadvantage of the hotel is it is little bit an old and need some repairs regarding the doors of the rooms

Our fifth stay at Granada. Our room upgrades were amazing. Facilities are top notch. Easy access to the beach. Just fabulous.
