Nice little boutique hotel. Comfortable bed, centrally located, clean room and great price. If I ever find myself in Belfast again, I would definitely come back.

Staff make the place, friendliness by Mohammed at reception makes it feel like a home away from home. Was a bit nervous the first time visiting as there is a loud pub next door but they are also friendly and the halaal grill place on the other side is also eager to please, the young chap that runs it genuinely seemed interested in what to do to improve his place. You can also walk to the castle shopping centre in less than a couple of minutes.

High street shops near by and a shopping mall close by, kebab place right next door and a pub next door too, heated towel rails but most importantly the friendly staff made it.

Manager is terrible along with room service staff. I stayed there for 3 night but Im on a business trip/ leisure and wasn't really at the hotel. However i extended my stay to one more night but the Management refused to have my room service until next day check out. Rooms and very small.

Everything was perfect for a mini getaway in Belfast. Amazing location. Clean, adequate rooms. Great hot shower. Towels changed everyday. Tea, coffee facilities in room.

The property is very central in the city. The rooms are clean comfortable and good ensuite facilities. There's an historic old pub a few doors up which is excellent and another round the corner. The staff are very helpful and friendly.One clitch the phone number was wrong and on the hotel's cards. No in room tea and coffee but available at reception which was not a problem. Would stay again great little kebab place next door too.

Hotel not for me

Again was looking for a low cost hotel just to sleep in after a full day out at the British open golf. The hotel was next to a very noisy beer garden and room sound proofing wasn’t great. Tv in the room didn’t work, those things really frustrate me and couldn’t leave my luggage there pre 7am. Think of this place more of a expensive hostel than hotel
