Timber Tide Retreat Just 15 Minutes to Belfast
Looking for a luxury home nestled amongst the trees? Look no further than Forest View Hideaway! This spacious home has been lovingly renovated, keeping the original layout which prioritizes gathering spaces and has plenty of space for people to recharge alone. Truly the best of both worlds! Located just 15 minutes from Belfast, this home is close to Swan Lake and is a great jumping off point for all your midcoast Maine adventures. Come book today to enjoy the summer in Maine!
The house is located up a long driveway - in the summer it is difficult to see the house from the road due to the foliage! Once up the driveway there is a large parking area. This entire space is for guest parking and can hold 5 or more cars quite easily. The entrance to the home is the front door on the right hand side (it has a smart lock on it). The smart lock allows for you to enter the home at your convenience.
The entryway has plenty of room for storing coats, shoes, etc. Directly ahead is a full bathroom and then stairs leading to the apartment style bedroom. In this space there is a king sized bed as well as a sitting room complete with a couch and desk!
On the left side of the entryway is the fully stocked kitchen and dining room. Beyond that space is the living room with a smart TV. Off of that room is the sunroom, half bath and washer and dryer. The sunroom overlooks the back deck where outdoor furniture and a grill await!
Beyond the living room is another large sitting room with two couches and a fireplace. Although the fireplace isn't available for guest use, the vibe of this room is cozy and perfect for reading a book with a cup of coffee, or having a drink with friends and chatting the night away!
Upstairs you'll find the other two bedrooms complete with full bathroom. This bathroom is truly special - a large vanity ensures plenty of space to get ready and the soaking tub is perfect for a relaxing bath. There is also a large standalone shower. Each bedroom has a closet and there is plenty of storage for bags and clothing in each bedroom. There is also a desk in each bedroom if the mood for work strikes.
This house is truly special and with so much space, there is room for all!
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage, basement and one locked owners closet on the second floor.
Typically you will not see me unless you need me. I follow my guests' lead!
