Very rude contact person

I booked and paid before travel but got no communication from the property as to how to get in knowing full well that they have no reception and are based on a 4th and 5th floor of a building. There was no telephone number provided in my booking. It was challenging to locate the building, after discovering the building i had to call the number the hostel below the apartment gave me. I called the number only for the guy to be very rude and told me I have no booking. I insisted that he checked properly and he then found my booking. He asked me to send my passport I sent him a pdf and only for him to ask that I send a picture. He was very rude and no apologise after I expressed my dissatisfaction. The property itself was OK. in my room when you have a shower you have water everywhere in the bathroom cos no proper stopper for water getting out of the shower cubicle. They didn't provide toilet tissue or soap. On average, I think the property is fair
