The hotel is nice. the service was so bad. they have the worst receptionists Ever. When we checked in She don’t want to give us a second key ?? Said if we lost it. it will cost is 10 euro 😳 It was crazy ! the day after on sunday. the bathroom curtain fall off We want someone come to fix it. but another receptionist said it was sunday and not sure anyone can come And this receiptioner told me “you can still take a shower without curtain. But there are building opposite the street. I can see them which means they can see me too OMG.😱When my boyfriend complained to another man receptionist in the late afternoon. He don’t even bother to look at him I complained to the manager on monday when the manager came to put the curtain back she did apologized but the whole experience was crazy !! But The hotel is very nicely decorated

Beautiful hotel as a base to visit Belgrade

So pleased with this hotel. Beautifully presented, centrally located and friendly staff. Booked a junior suite and more than pleased with the facilities. Will certainly stay again if returning to Belgrade and will recommend to others.

I urge you to read the Google reviews, particularly the negative reviews and how management responds to them. They will tell you all you need to know about this property. An absolute nightmare experience that I unfortunately will not forget or recover from. And TD does not support their customers when they encounter dangerous situations in the properties that they host. Stay far away.
