Every staff member from the front desk - Andean, restaurant- jackeline & Julia, and spa - Rashely - was very nice, friendly and efficient. Room and the property were quite nice though the lobby was too small and crowded with people awaiting transfers to their next trips. Unfortunately, though the surrounding neighborhood is nicer than much of the rest of Belize City, there was not much to see or do nearby and at night the area felt scary with lots of people hanging in the dark by the seawall.

We stayed at this hotel only one night the smell of the air fresheners they have in here where horrible and so strong. We also got violently ill from the restaurant. I told the front desk they said management would reach out and no one ever did.

Nice and clean. Newly renovated. Excellent service and food. Resturant quite pricy, a bottle of sparkling water 10USD, table wine 60 and breakfast for 4 approx 125$. Rooms a nice and clean but you hear all the surrounding rooms, above , below and next door.

The staff at Fort George Hotel are great. They went above and beyond to enhance my stay. My room and the building was clean and fresh. They continuously clean at this hotel. The location is perfect. I can’t wait to come back next year.

We had to change our flights last minute and needed a place to stay. The Fort George didn’t disappoint in accommodating our last minute reservation, they were friendly and coordinated the transport from the airport to their hotel. When I say last minute I mean I’m booking the hotel and coordinating with their staff in mid air. Great service. The hotel is beautiful the beds were very comfortable. Will return when I have more time.

Nice hotel in the old town area! Lovely to walk around! The local restaurant Tree House has a very diverse menu and great cocktails selection! Excellent service starting with front desk, concierge and rest of the team! Looking forward to coming back!
