the property is in a good safe area but be prepared to pay for your guest to come visit you they charge 30 dollars a person to come up to visit you that's friends and family if you have any that lives in belize just something to be mindful of if you decide to stay here

It seemed as though we were the only people there. We had privacy in tye pool area, the pool had a breathtaking view & the gym was very well equipped. The breakfast was delicious, & the bed waa very comfortable.

Area was not the greatest. Hotel was old and not cute at all. Room was dingy and hot water was luke warm. The staff was friendly and helped out a lot. Owners need to do better. Pool was okay but hot tube did not work so what’s the point to have water in there collecting bugs. Not worth it. The only good thing was it was a $7 cab ride to the good areas.

A good stay.

I had a short overnight stay in Belize City and this hotel was conveniently located. My room was totally adequate for my needs with a nice fridge and a good AC unit. It met all of my needs. I will stay there again, and hope to check out the pool next time!

Old. Dirty. The 1 elevator was out of service when I arrived mid afternoon. Could not get to my room for a couple of hours. No restaurant. Far from other amenities. Smelly. Not a good hotel. A local told me this hotel has been shut down 3 times in the past for violations. And that it is known to be a “hookup” hotel.
