I love the quiet ambience and the secure environment. Marlon at the front desk is amazing!!! Very kind and very helpful through the duration of our stay. From the moment we walked in we felt a warm welcome that lasted until we left. I would recommend The Palms Belize to all my friends and family

The room was spacious and clean. Pool right outside the door. Marlin was excellent and very helpful! Avi the driver was great, Jose was our taxi guy…..really enjoyed the hotel and staff. Awesome coffe/beeakfast/snack shop around the corner.

Amazing stay So clean, convenient and safe location. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We wish we could've stayed longer. Housekeeping was perfect, seriously spotless and polished. We wish we could stay longer.

Marlin Anthony who was the manager of the hotel was 10 stars!!! Anything we needed, he made sure we had!! The place is a boutique hotel about 12 spacious units in the North side of Kings Park Belize Neighborhood is safe to walk around. We walked to the waterfront where there are restaurants and bars, and casinos. We loved Shisha 8 to smoke hookah and hang with locals. The boutique had a code to get into the property and into our rooms. Very clean and spacious rooms, receive a hand written note from staff and a delicious complementary loaf of local coconut bread!!! I would absolutely recommend this place to stay if you are staying within Belize City THANK YOU to the Palms! Also check out the coffee and sandwich shop very close at the end of the street Baked!! Opened everyday except Sundays

Better Than Expected

This place is very upscale and had great amenities. the rooms were spacious. the welcome drink and snack were wonderful. Driving up through the neighborhood it was a pleasant surprise as its surroundings where a residential area so the boutique hotel seemed out of place, but everything felt safe.

This property stood out in the area it was located as one of the nicest places around. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were greeted by Marlon and felt welcomed immediately. He was so helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The complementary coconut bread was delicious. The room was spacious and comfy. We only stayed one night and wished we stayed longer. I can’t wait to stay here again, I will definitely be looking out for this property next time I visit Belize! Outstanding experience!

For Belize city I felt safe and protected. Perfect for a one night stay either at the start or end of your Belizian vacation. I highly recommend getting a massage from Patricia. She is the sweetest person and started my session with "How can I hold space for you today?" If that doesn't kick off your relaxation mindset I don't know what will. Midtown bar and grill are just a few blocks away on the ocean. Great lobster. The Cafe Baked is also FANTASTIC and only a 1 min walk.

Perfection with wonderful staff

Perfect! We rented a car and had multiple day trips planned and this hotel was perfect from it. We arrived early and they allowed us to drop our bags (and even had them in our room waiting for us when we came back). The room was spacious with almost any amenity you’d want including a very well stocked kitchen. We had fresh coconut bread waiting for us too. They even had washcloths and a makeup remover washcloth which is unusual for hotel rooms these days. It was basically a luxury hotel on a budget. We were provided with a clicker to get the car in/out for the gate. They have a small pool, spa and gym. And the grounds were maintained. The real highlight is the staff. Marlin provided recommendations and contacts to tour guides. Between him and the other girl, they made us feel more than welcome and it just elevated the entire experience. The owner was in contact frequently via messages, making sure the stay was as expected. This place went beyond my expectations and I would hands down stay here again. You should do yourself a favor, and just book this place now

My stay at The Palms was AMAZING! The rooms look beautiful in the pictures online but even nicer and spacious in person. I have zero complaints about my stay. I went as a solo, female traveler and felt so safe and comfortable. Staff was also extremely nice and accommodating! They arranged black car transportation from the airport for me, helped arrange 2 excursions and transportation, and just genuinely kind. Upon checkin, they put WARM coconut bread from a local bakery in the room which was such a kind touch. And then the cherry on top, I was not prepared with enough cash (poor planning on my end) and they did everything they could to work with me to resolve MY poor planning. Just an overall 10/10. I will be back soon and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else.

We've traveled all over Belize. Starting in Belize City and going to Caye Caulker and San Pedro on this trip. The Palms in Belize City was by far the BEST hotel we've stayed in during our travels. The staff was so friendly and helpful in every regard. I highly recommend this place!

I would suggest that they get an elevator , and to maybe change the tiles on the stairs as it’s very slippery when wet . Overall the hotel was excellent , Marlon was amazing , and the staff was attentive … we definitely will be returning .

Our stay at The Palms was incredible! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, made even better by the amazing folks working there! The room was gorgeous, had a super nice balcony to lounge on, and the pool was perfect! Marlon, the concierge, was amazing and super helpful with recommendations and accommodations. Already wishing I could go back!
