The apartment, located on the ground floor, is spread over two levels. The ground floor hosts the living area with lake views, furnished with a sofa, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area, which is located on the upper floor, consists of three attic bedrooms, two of which boast a small balcony with lake views. The first is equipped with a double bed, the second with two single beds, the third instead has a single bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower and one with a bathtub.
The apartment's strong point is the private garden area with a splendid lake view, equipped with a barbecue, dining tables and sun loungers.
