Charming two-level apartment, immersed in nature and located in a newly renovated semi-detached villa with garden.



The accommodation opens onto a splendid living room topped with exposed wooden beams and furnished with a sofa, armchairs and dining table. The kitchen, independent and on the same level as the living area, is equipped with an induction hob. Following this, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower cubicle.

Reaching the upper floor of the house we find a second bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom equipped with a shower.

Finally, a large external garden shared with the neighbouring accommodation completes the layout of the apartment.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, leider haben wir an unserem Ferienhaus gravierende Mängel festgestellt! An der Außenwand im unteren Schlafzimmer befindet sich feuchter Schimmel. Schlafen ist in diesem Zimmer nicht möglich, da die Raumluft so feucht und modrig riecht. Wir haben Bedenken hinsichtlich einer Gefährdung unserer Gesundheit. Weiterer deutlicher Schimmelbefall befindet sich an der Außenwand/Ecke in der Küche, über der Arbeitsplatte, sowie an der Außenwand im Wohnzimmer. Das Untergeschoss ist leider in einem feuchten und modrig riechenden Zustand, sodass wir uns nur im Dachgeschoss bei weit geöffneten Fenstern oder im Freien aufhalten können. Was wir morgens und abends, da wir kühle Temperaturen haben, als sehr unangenehm empfinden. Des Weiteren riecht es im Obergeschoss immer unangenehm nach Abwasser. Das Haus ist leider, trotz Renovierung und Liebe zum Detail, in keinem guten Zustand.
