We were expecting a pick up from the airport to a destination which no one came to pick us up. We had a terrible experience in the restaurant where the workers had completely disregarded us and finally took our order which took them ages to be processed. It took them 40 minutes to bring a drink and just over an hour to bring the food after constant reminders keeping in mind that the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The next day we were told to reattend the restaurant and the service was much better. We were told that we could have the drinks on the house which wasn’t even the case but that’s besides the point. When we were leaving the hotel we were told that we had to pay a check out fee because we supposedly had the snacks in the mini fridge and they insisted that we had them eventhough the drawers were empty when we checked in to begin with. The hotel was amazing but the service definitely needed improvement.
