Unusable Water, Cockroach Issues, Dilapidated Neighborhood — Had to Leave Early (Photos Attached).The tap water was visibly discolored with a strong rotten-egg odor, making it unsafe for bathing or cooking. We also found cockroaches inside the home (photos attached).The surrounding neighborhood was extremely dilapidated and did not match the listing’s presentation, which raised safety and comfort concerns.Because of these issues, we had to leave early for health and safety reasons and received a refund. I’m sharing this so future guests are aware of these conditions before booking.

While the home is newly built. It’s already showing signs of deterioration. we arrived late and just wanted to lay down to watch some TV. However, a breaker must’ve been tripped and had no power to the living room or kitchen and unable to use Wi-Fi to watch the TVs and the water had a funky smell while taking a shower The comforters were dirty on the bed (see picture). Lastly, when you arrived, it was at 78 and it was so hot. It took forever for the house to cool down.

Visit to Bellview

The property was very nice and clean. The beds were good. We did have a coupleof small issues. The write up said towels were available but there were only a few towels and 1 washcoth. We had to go buy towels as we had 4 couples there in a 4 bedroom house. The kitchen was lacking as well with only 2 coffee cups and no toaster. I am not sure aout the rest of the kitchen supplies as we only ate breakfast there, but we did have to buy cups and luckly someone had brought a toaster.

Jeep fest event

Nice home, pretty lake view, with plenty of room inside & outside. One suggestion is to please leave some minimal coffee grinds & filters. Maybe add some coach lights on the garage, as the front porch light wasn’t working & it is super dark out there. Thank you for letting us stay.

Surprised my dad for his 80th birthday

I mainly chose this property because it was close to my dad, but it turned out to be such a nice home, and my grandsons absolutely loved the dock and walking out to look for alligators, and they did see alligators it was awesome thank you for sharing your home with us.
