Great place for a family to stay. Lots of restaurants close by and less than 20 minutes to the sandbanks. They happily printed our sandbanks pass for us when we forgot to do it ourselves before leaving home.

Desk staff were very helpful. Housekeeping did not tidy the room or replace used cups and glasses. The only service we got was replacement of towels. Very disappointing considering what we paid for 3 nights.

A bit expensive for what you get but the property and the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice views over the Harbour. Great communication with staff pre arrival. Had some issues with the A/C during the night but otherwise it worked fine.

We had a great time here! Lovely marina views and walkable to the picton strip. A perfect getaway from the city! The last we communicated with for our check in and check out was great!

Looks and feels like a motor inn, friendly. clean

We stayed on the third floor, but I didn't realize it had only outdoor flights of stairs to reach a door from the third floor outdoor hallway. There was just a corner inside the building that served as the check-in/registration desk. The bathroom could do with a makeover (maybe the rugs, too). However, the very comfortable beds, pillows and linens made up for the above. This photo is correct except for the wooden flooring that wasn't in our room. The restaurant in the downstairs, was excellent as were all the staff. We had such a pleasant server on the days were were there. However, everyone of the staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay again and reoommend this hotel.
