Absolutely loved the place! Clean, modern with lots of space. We rented it for a family get together and it could not have been better. I would definitely rent it again. Close to amenities, coffee shop, grocery store and restaurants. Short drive to downtown and waterfront. A clean and quiet neighborhood.

What a nice house in a great location. My family and I had a great Christmas there and my elderly father was able to get around with his walker. It can be hard to find a house without any steps. We would definitely do this again.

When we arrived, the beds still had the used sheets, other bedding was draped on the couch and piled on the floor. It looked like the cleaners started to clean and then left. We contacted the management, who assured us there would be "urgent" and "immediate" action taken to get the cleaners in. The first day, just my husband and I were sleeping there (with friends coming the next day). No action on the cleaners the first evening, so we washed our own sheets and made the bed. The next day, with friends in the house, we asked repeatedly for a time commitment on the cleaners. No action. So we had to wash all the sheets and make up the beds. We stayed four nights and the cleaners never came, even though the managers assured us they would be there. Terrible!!

The home was gorgeous and spacious, perfectly suited to our needs! It was close to some amazing restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. Rated 4 stars due to no outdoor trash can and some bags of trash from previous tenants in the garage. We had a baby with us and had no where outside to dispose of dirty diapers, so that was a downside for us.

We enjoyed our stay at your home. It’s very comfortable and spacious. However, the outdoor pictures on Vrbo site look much nicer than the actual appearance. The outdoor table is very warped and pieces are falling off. I would recommend also getting rid of the dead plants on the patio as well. Overall, wonderful location and very close to everything.

Great property!

My family and I rented this property when we came up to Bellingham for my daughter’s wedding. The property was fabulous and accommodated five adults with ease. The kitchen was especially useful since my wife made the wedding cake and was able to do the finishing touches at the house.We would definitely rent this property again in the future!

Great stay in a great location

We son and I travelled to Bellingham to visit my younger son and his fiance for the WWU spring break. We wanted a place large enough to all hang out in. This house was perfect for our needs. Exactly as described in the listing, well appointed and very clean. We were not there long enough to really see the kitchen but it was well stocked with good coffee (a must!). I highly recommend this VRBO if you want a comfortable place for a stay!

Amazing Property... Property management could do better.

The house is amazing. Even better then pictures. Property management not up to par. They didn't have garbage collection bins at the house, which made it very complicated for a long stay. We had to drive our trash to a nearby collection facility. This was never solved or addressed by redawning even though we told them on our first week there. Had a couple of leaky sinks which where also very slow to be addressed. We had a couple of very important documents delivered to the house mailbox, but the property manager was never able to get us the keys to the box. Would stay here again without a thought. Neighborhood well served and amazing Property. Just would expect better service from the PM

Enjoyed our stay visiting family for holidays in Bham. The house is well appointed and very cozy. The game room provided entertainment and distraction. The house is in an area surrounded by many conveniences and near to central Bham.

Thanksgiving with Family

Our family of four (husband and two grown kids) stayed at this beautiful home for the week of Thanksgiving. I was able to create a small traditional turkey dinner in the well-appointed kitchen (I did bring my own roasting pan). The stylishly-decorated home was just as pictured, and was clean, comfortable, and had cozy bedding. We also appreciated having use of the washer and dryer. The host was easily available by VRBO messaging, and I am sure if we had any issues they would have been handled quickly (we didn’t). I would recommend this home, and as we visit Bellingham often, I hope to rent it again!

Gorgeous house in Bellingham

Stayed at this house for 4 nights to drop off our son at WWU. It was basically perfect. Clean, modern, extremely comfortable with so much to offer. Bed was maybe a bit firm for my taste, but sheets and blankets were comfortable. Shower was outstanding. Kitchen well equipped. Location was close to I-5 and conveniently for us also to Target and other stores good for college shopping. About a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Bellingham (via streets) or to WWU (via I-5). Lovely little neighborhood. Overall a great stay.
