Ok

Mattress wa split with a deep line in the middle so we cannot sleep straight. Otherwise the service was great. But no daily cleaning.

Hotel limpo e organizado, porém precisa de uma reforma urgente. Paredes com infiltrações, rachaduras, vazamento no box do banheiro, vaso sanitário sem tampa. Os quartos tem bom tamanho e o hotel tem boa estrutura, mas necessita de uma reforma.

Quartos com cheiro forte de mofo, toalhas que disponibilizaram estavam muito velhas e rasgadas, não realizaram limpeza no quarto durante a estadia, elevador sem funcionar e o fato não foi avisado com antecedência.

O que mais me incomodou foi a funcionária da copa. Ela ficava falando o tempo todo ao celular. Ela estava tentando arrumar funcionários para fazer a limpeza do hotel. Enquanto falava, manuseava os alimentos, sem máscara.

Zero conforto, não recomendo.

No meu quarto o controle do ar-condicionado não estava funcionando, o funcionário teve que ir buscar um outro contro de outro hóspede, fiquei mais de duas horas no calor. Não deixaram o controle no meu quarto, por isso o ar ficou 2 dias ligado direto, sem que eu conseguisse alterar a temperatura ou até mesmo desligá-lo. Coxão da cama muito duro, totalmente desconfortável, travisseiros moles sem qualquer serventia. No geral o conforto foi pessímo. Á única coisa boa é a localização e o atendimento dos funcionários, quem foram sempre solícitos.

O atendimento quando cheguei foi até bom. Ocorre que pedi uma comida e precisava de garfo e simplesmente a funcionárias da recepção disse que era pra eu comprar na esquina porque ele não poderiam me emprestar. Fui no local onde serve o café e achei colheres descartáveis, mas a carne tive que “rasgar” com os dentes. As paredes tanto dos corredores, quanto do quarto, sujas, cortinas rasgadas, banheiro com mofo. Café de manhã razoável. Elevador não funciona, logo malas pesadas pela escada mesmo. Não indico e não voltaria.

condiçoes precarias, nao tinha Tv, o arcondicionado nao tinha controle, havia um unico controle na recpção para todos os quartos, torneira vazando, quanto muito pequeno. De tudo salvou o cafe da manha que estava bom e variado.

Nota 5/10, nem ruim demais, nem bom.

Não tinha controle para o ar condicionado, o ar funcionava porém fraco. Limpeza do banheiro deixou muito a desejar, bem como as roupas de cama. Toalhas ok. Controle da tv tbm não funcionava nem o elevador. Apesar de todos esses detalhes a estadia esteve ok, nota 5/10. Pelo custo benefício eu me hospedaria novamente.
