The property provides accommodation for couples and families alike and benefits include a ground floor walk-in shower room which is DDA compliant, and good size sun room ideal for family dining.
Bembridge is a rare village in that it boasts a large range of local shops and amenities whilst the focal point is the bustling harbour with its two sailing clubs.
There are sandy beaches and a host of coastal and rural footpaths also close to hand.
4 Brooks Close is situated in an ideal location for beach holidays, walking holidays and cycling holidays. There are fabulous views and countryside to be discovered along the miles of footpaths, bridleways and cycle paths nearby. Birdwatchers will also find the cottage ideally located for the RSPB reserve.

Bembridge House
The house is way too out dated. Needs a complete modernisation. Single beds way too low and uncomfortable. Crockery and cutlery not upto a good standard. Blind in smaller bedroom held up with a peg, not good enough!!!

Property is in need of updating. Single beds not appropriate for elderly people they are to low to the floor. Kitchen ceiling appears to be in need of urgent attention. Crockery & glasses not clean. Still enjoyed our time at this location.
