The Space:

When you step into this bright and newly renovated apartment, you’ll immediately feel at home. To the right, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking during your holiday, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, and freezer.



Moving further into the apartment, the open-plan living area features a dining space, a comfortable sofa bed, and a smart TV. From here, you can step out onto the lovely balcony, where you can enjoy meals with beautiful sea views and, on occasion, you might even spot dolphins swimming by.



Upstairs, you’ll discover a large and private rooftop terrace with a cozy lounge area, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun all day long.



The apartment features two bedrooms with air conditioning and blackout blinds to ensure a restful night’s sleep.



Additional amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and many other conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is also a padel court in the complex (subject to availability).



The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy starter set with essentials such as shampoo and cleaning products. This is just a small welcome package to help you settle in, but feel free to purchase anything additional you may need during your stay.

Along the beachfront promenade, there are several beach bars (chiringuitos), restaurants, cafés, and small shops where you can enjoy fresh seafood, drinks by the sea, and the laid-back Mediterranean lifestyle.



The area is well connected, with a nearby train station that makes it easy to visit Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Málaga city, and even Málaga Airport without needing a car.

Getting Around:

The apartment is conveniently located with several transport options nearby. The Carvajal train station is within walking distance and connects you directly to Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Málaga city center, and Málaga Airport, making it very easy to get around without a car.



There are also local bus stops nearby that connect you to other areas along the Costa del Sol.



If you are traveling by car, the apartment has easy access to the main coastal road (N-340/A-7), allowing you to reach Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Marbella, and Málaga in a short drive. Street parking is available in the area.



Many restaurants, beach bars, and the beach itself are within walking distance, so you can easily enjoy the local area on foot.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25 years old (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
