You can walk in 2 minutes "real" to the beach and 1 minute "real" from the marina, is this wonderful house of 1,400 square meters with 5 rooms, one of them suite.

It will have a perfect temperature all year. In this house, you breathe harmony, it is very cozy, comfortable, without noise, lots of vegetation, freshness, ideal to come to rest and disconnect with family and friends.
