Welcome to 16 Ranch Cabin, a cozy and updated Sunriver getaway with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a wood-burning fireplace, and access to a seasonal community pool. This cabin is a great fit for couples, small families, and guests looking for an easy, comfortable home base with just the right mix of indoor comfort and outdoor fun.

Inside, the living room offers a warm and welcoming place to gather, with comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace that adds classic cabin charm after a day of adventure. The fully stocked kitchen makes meals simple, and the dining table seats up to 5 for shared breakfasts, dinners, or game nights.

Upstairs, both bedrooms provide a practical and comfortable sleeping setup. One bedroom features a queen bed and TV, while the second includes two twin beds and another TV, making the layout especially useful for families with kids or guests traveling together.

Outside, the private patio is ideal for morning coffee or evening grilling, with comfortable seating and a gas BBQ ready to go. Cornhole and bocce ball add built-in fun, while the seasonal community pool gives guests another reason to enjoy warm-weather stays in Sunriver.

Two adult bikes are included for easy rides around the area and a classic Sunriver experience at a slower pace.

Cute little place

This is a cute place. I would stay here again but not if the weather is hot like it was this weekend. There is no AC. The downstairs stayed pretty cool but upstairs where the bedrooms are was pretty warm.

Home away from home

Cabin in Sunriver was perfect. Check-in was extremely easy. Communication was excellent, providing useful information in advance of our arrival. Kitchen and laundry room well stocked. Location of cabin made it easy to get on trails. Loved having bikes to use. A huge surprise was the pinball machine. Provided us with hours of fun. Would definitely stay here again.

The swelter shelter

We usually try to go to sleep around 9:30. The up stairs was so hot we left early because we could not stand another night of roasting. On a positive note, the people that responded to our text were extremely pleasant. The bikes were fun and the kitchen was well equipped. We never could get the living room TV to work.
