Terrible, noisy and uncouth

It is the noisiest hotel that I have stayed in with no concept of privacy. Cars were honking all through the night. Staff was running up and down corridors and staircases all night. Electricity failed every 30 minutes or so and when it came back from airconditioning to other appliances in the room restarted with a loud noise. From 7 am onwards, practically every staff member knocked on the door once to see if I want to give laundry or get the room cleaned etc. Checked out in a haste not having slept a wink.
