Welcome to Casa Bavaria, a villa located in a quiet residential area on the Benissa Coast. It enjoys an elevated position, providing unparalleled views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is just 6 km from the beautiful resort town of Moraira, where you can explore a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and shops, along with the main sandy beach, La Ampolla, and various water activities, such as diving and jet ski excursions. This magnificent villa will make it hard to leave this enchanting location. The villa is only 2.5 km from the beaches and coves of Benissa, located along the coastal road between Calpe and Moraira, all of which are must-visits due to their extraordinary beauty, via the famous ecological walkway that connects all of them.

The entire accommodation is set on two levels: you enter from the street into the garden and to the upper living area, where you find a covered terrace with sea views and a dining table, then you access the living room with A/C and TV.
