With sea views and the iconic Ifach rock in sight, this property boasts a spacious, walled Mediterranean garden offering complete privacy.

In 2024, we worked hard to transform our house into a comfortable home—for ourselves and our guests. We believe we've succeeded and warmly invite you to experience and explore our dream home for yourself. Casa Benissima is set on a hillside and spans three levels. The ground floor features the entrance and parking area, with two guest levels below.

The entire property radiates the beloved Spanish ambiance: a relaxed atmosphere complemented by a gentle Mediterranean breeze. Listen to the rustle of swaying palm trees—everything invites you to savor the good life.

The middle level includes a cozy living room with an open kitchen, fully equipped for preparing fresh meals. The living room features a TV with Google Chromecast and fast internet.

Sleep soundly in two elegant bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom complete with a rain shower. One of the bathrooms is en-suite. Modern amenities, such as air conditioning and fans in every room, ensure a comfortable stay.

The lower level is a true oasis, featuring a large swimming pool, a terrace with a Bali parasol, and a refreshing outdoor living space (the “Naya”), surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden.

Unwind on one of the comfortable loungers on the expansive terrace or enjoy a meal in the shaded Naya. The vast garden is a treasure, with a 200-year-old carob tree, various palms, olive trees, cacti, and fruit trees such as orange, pear, pomegranate, fig, lemon, and persimmon. You’ll also find vibrant bougainvillea and oleander hedges. After a dip in the pool, rinse off under the eco-shower.

On the Costa Blanca, every evening from May to October feels like a warm summer evening. Dining and drinking outdoors with friends or family—what more could you want?
