Casa Iris was brought in in 2007. This villa is the spot if you’re looking for a deluxe holiday.
The modern kitchen is truly equipped with all modern conveniences (Bosch), and both in & outdoors is very spacious. The lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms too are nice and large.
Internet connection with fiber at very high speed in all the house and all terraces.

Beautiful villa

The villa was beautiful. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were of a good size and perfect for a large family. Management team greeted us at the villa to show us around which was a nice touch. Pool was great and we made good use of it on the really hot days. Only negative thing was that the Management team need to come in a do check on the villa whilst you are still there before check out which we have not experienced before and it is literally a check room by room, plate by plate and we experienced a situation where the owner had removed some crockery items from the kitchen before our arrival but not updated the Management team so whilst we were at the airport we were being quizzed as to the whereabouts of said items. Was all resolved but not really what we would expect after paying a premium price to stay for a week in this villa. However this was the only complaint we had and everything else was perfect.

Wonderful stay

The property was in great condition, very clean inside and outside with everthing you could need. Communication with the host and the Property Manager was very good. The pool was lovely. Good to have different seating areas outside. Quiet location, near to lots of different places, a car is essential as you can't walk anywhere from the villa. Overall a fabulous stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Benissa! The villa was superb! It’s in a lovely location and was immaculate with everything you could need. The pool area was great and Laurent, Morgane and Lucie were great hosts. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Beautiful villa in quiet neighborhood

The villa was spacious and spotless, with ample room to relax and enjoy the warm sun all day. Lovely neighborhood to walk along roads for exercise or down to the small cove of Advocate. You will need a car (or bike) to get around to restaurants/shopping. The villa had a lovely pool (too cold for January) and sheltered areas to sit outside. The sitting area was comfortable and cozy (gas fire not for use but warm air heats up space plus heated floors!).

Excellent Villa, excellent location!

We had a great holiday at this villa. It was beautifully presented with a large comfy sofa in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped with quality appliances. The bedrooms were all a good size, the master suite was very large. Outside there are lots of different seating options, the sun is on the terrace all day. The pool was lovely although cold (it was April) we all still went in. The location of the villa is great in-between Moraira and Calpe, there are also smaller beaches and coves closer and a lovely coastal walk. I would highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful villa, great hosts

This is a beautiful villa! It was a true home from home, with everything you could possibly need. Well looked after and very clean. Great communication before, during and after the holiday from Laurent and Jo and Adam were extremely helpful and on hand if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely return to this villa!

Very nice villa with total privacy. Pool was nice and warm when we went on last week in august. Minor issue with boiler fixed within a few hours. All in all a very relaxing break. Thank you very much.

Four weeks of winter luxury

A wonderful holiday in this stunning villa. We have rented many villas, and Casa Iris is definitely the best. Its location is superb, quietly situated in pine trees above the Moraira/Benissa coast. Moraira would be our first choice of all the coastal towns nearby. It is a realaxing and attractive town with many good places to eat. A short drive inland and you are in a different world of orange groves and authentic Spanish villages, and further back again, stunning mountain scenery. Casa Iris is spacious, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could want. Every window provides a view of greenery and sky. We have in the past found that Spanish villas can be chilly in the winter, but here the underfloor heating kept us warm in the cool evenings. The gardens and outside space are wonderful and the pool a generous size, though as it was February we did not indulge! We spent many peaceful hours on the sun loungers, or in the shade of the trees. Jo and Adam who take care of the house, were great. They met us on arrival with a welcome pack and necessary information and were available if we needed them. Laurent is a courteous and helpful owner. We found communication with him was easy throughout the booking process and the whole of our stay. He took care to make sure that our holiday was all we wanted it to be. We hope to return! We highly recommend Casa Iris. Freya and Philip

Fabulous villa

The villa is in a quiet location and has an electric gate through which you can park your car. There is actually room for two cars. Access to the Casa is up a few steps and through the front door which is alarmed. The Casa is beautiful; roomy, and well-lit from natural light during the day. The kitchen is virtually brand new and is the best equipped I’ve ever know - has a wide selection of knives, serving equipment, coffee maker, electric juicer, scissors, skewers, bbq tools, American fridge-freezer, etc, etc, etc.... The two people who look after the villa are lovely and are on-hand if necessary - they also do a fantastic job of cleaning the place! The whole place was immaculate on arrival and there were plenty of towels for use throughout our two-week stay; we washed them several times to keep them fresh and there were sufficient to use while the others were in the wash. All lights worked and there were spare bulbs just in case. The furniture was in great condition including the beds around the pool. The pool area is fantastic not only with sun loungers but also with a large, comfortable, rattan L-shaped sofa. There are a couple of points to note; -The two TVs (lounge and main bedroom) only offer programmes in French - not a problem for us as we are not bothered about TV on holiday and we could watch SkyGo on my iPad, but this may be a limiting factor for some guests. -There is no change of sheets each week unless you pay extra for a change - we actually washed the sheets midway through our holiday -Pool towels are not provided -Electricity and gas are also not included in the price We do feel that for the price of the villa, beautiful as it is, we should be able to watch TV and get a couple of extra sheets and some pool towels in with the price. Our only real negative point is that the pool was not cleaned very well and we had a lot of algae build-up on the sides/bottom. We had some bad weather during our stay but that was not the reason - the pool was the same last year too. It did not spoil our time though - we love this villa and had a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend it. It is furnished and finished to a very high standard, in a quiet location and the pool area is very private.

Very tasteful villa

Had a fabulous week at Casa Iras,everything about the villa is first rate.Very well situated between Calpe and Moraira and if you really want to Benidorm is not to far away. Would strongly recommend you give it a try.Adam and Jo the property managers where very helpful especially coming to find us when we got lost even with our Sat Nav!!!

Excellent accommodation in a convenient and peaceful location.

This is one of the best properties we have rented. The house is well equipped, in excellent condition and conveniently located between Moraira and Calpe. It lies within a couple of minutes drive from the coastal road and walking trail. Internally it is spotless with modern furniture, kitchen, bathrooms etc. The ovens were clean and featured a steam oven and a normal oven with microwave included. Everything worked. The pool area and garden were spacious and well appointed and designed. Also our dealings with Laurant, the owner, were promptly and professionally handled and the deposit refund was in place shortly after we left. Although the wifi signal was always good the English TV channels were very limited, if that is important to you. We would have no hesitation in booking again or reccomending to friends and family.

One of the best villas we have had in the area, quality quality quality in every respect. We will definitely go back and am looking at next year, the price represents the level of fit and finish throughout the property. It is well located, a car is of course essential but that’s not a problem with secure parking and a sizeable space provided. Overall a beautiful place to have a holiday, can’t wait to go back and thanks to the owner for letting his property, fantastic.

Absolutely wonderful villa

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 3 weeks. It was perfect! The house is bright and spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. The pool is very nice, we used it every day, as well as the sunbeds on the deck. Lots of cozy spots on the ground to relax and either enjoy the warm sun or cool down a bit in the shades. It was a very hot June so it was good to have air condition in all the bedrooms. It would though have been nice to have had a small fan to use on the ground floor, as it got very hot there in the evenings. The house is in a quiet area (except from the roosters that live somewhere nearby, but you get use to them in a few days), but still close to shops, restaurants and beaches, not exactly in walking distance but only a short drive away (5-10 min). We did walk to the nearest small beach, which was nice and didn't take that long, but the walk back to the house was a little uphill :) We had a fabulous holiday and we can absolutely recommend this wonderful villa. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe villa qui offre des grands volumes et toutes les prestations nécessaires ( terrasse couverte, 2 salons de jardin, piscine) et un équipement complet. La literie est de très bonne qualité. L’endroit est au calme et abrité des regards. Le parking intérieur pour 2 voitures est très pratique.Nous recommandons cette location.

La villa de Laurent est en tout point similaire à la description qui en est faite (tout est très bien expliqué) . Les équipements sont présents pour se sentir comme chez soi.... La literie permet de passer de bonnes nuits d'autant plus qu'elle est XXL. C'est un quartier très calme où il fait bon se reposer tout au long de la journée au bord de la piscine (ou pas). Ne pas oublier Morgane, qui nous a accueillis, pour sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Nous avons donc passé de belles vacances comme toujours dans cette région que nous apprécions tant.
