The villa Berg in Benissa has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. A comfortable and quiet villa with all the comforts, located in a residential area and ideal for families.



Layout of the villa:



The villa has 120 m2 of living space and is distributed on a single floor. The first thing we find is a small glazed terrace with plenty of natural light, an American fridge with two doors, and connected by an arch, we find the living room with a sofa, TV area and table for lunch and dinner, a bedroom with double bed of 135, a second bedroom with double bed (two single beds together), the third bedroom also has two single mattresses together. A full bathroom with bathtub, a small but well equipped kitchen and central air conditioning throughout the house. From the entrance hall and newly built, we find a complete bathroom with shower and an access to the fourth bedroom, with double bed and large windows with access to the pool and terrace area.

To access the villa from the street there is a ramp leading to the parking area and a flight of stairs of 22 steps. the covered parking has space for one car.

The swimming pool is in front of the villa and there is a terrace table for outdoor dining, a portable barbecue, a sun lounger area for sunbathing and the swimming pool with metal stairs to access inside.



It is located 2 km from restaurants, 3 km from supermarkets, 3 km from the Ifach golf course, 4 km from the rocky beach ‘Cala Advocat, 6 km from the sandy beach of L'Ampolla de Moraira, 90 km from Alicante airport and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.

Bon séjour mais quelques détails dérangeants

Ensemble correct, villa très confortable surtout en matière des lits. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement au vu des chaleurs en Espagne. Sauf un point négatif très important : les problèmes électriques de la villa. On se prends des contact électrique indirect avec les électroménagers comme la machines à laver, le micro-ondes et les fours. Dans l'obligation de débranché la machine pour pouvoir récupérer son linge à l'intérieur sinon il y a le risque que l'on se prends des coups juts important. Donc à revoir les prises électriques et mettre une terre pour décharger les appareils électrique. Sinon agence Villan Guzman très a l'écoute.

Es tal cual se anuncia. Un poco alejado, imprescindible vehiculo para movilizarse. Instalación eléctrica un poco deficiente, agua caliente no salía, ya que saltaba magnetotermico, poca potencia. Piscina necesitaría mantenimiento de obra.
