WELL LOCATED AND EXCLUSIVE LUXURY VILLA, WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS TO THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA and private swimming pool, for up to 10 people.



LAY OUT: This 258 m2 villa is spread over three floors which communicate by an internal staircase. On the top floor we have a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en suite with bathtub. There is also an access to a balcony from which the views are incredible. Going down the spiral staircase we will access the main floor with its luminous dining room with comfortable leather sofas and its access to the terrace as well as to the independent kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious so we will feel comfortable to prepare delicious meals. On that floor there are also three bedrooms with double beds (one of them with an en suite bathroom with shower) and another bathroom with bathtub. One of the bedroom has an access to a covered terrace where is dining room with a table. On the bottom floor we will find the fifth and last bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.



EXTERIOR: A closed 926 m2 on the first line. We access the property through a pretty wooden sliding door which leads us to the parking (we can park two cars plus one in the garage. In front of the villa and on several levels is the garden with natural grass. The swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace where there is some outdoor furniture such as loungers, garden furniture and a Balinese bed. From the garden the views are wonderful, it is the perfect place to disconnect from daily routine in a privileged location.



LOCATION: The villa is located in a famous neighbourhood close to Moraira, well known for its peacefulness. At only 12 minutes by car from the wonderful beach of El Portet with its delicious restaurants. In 5 minutes by car we can get to the fabulous cove of Moraig with its turquoise waters.
