SMART AND BRIGHT VILLA WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA ) for a maximum of 8 people.



LAY OUT: This lovely villa recently built has two floors connected by exterior stairs. The main access is through a sliding door and the access to the first one is using the outside stairs. We arrive to a big and bright living/eating room with very nice views over the Mediterranean sea and the swimming pool thanks to its big windows. This area has a nice white table with eight modern designed chairs that are very comfortable as well, by these chairs we find very comfortable sofas and a very nice table where we can spend the evenings watching the flat screen TV. There is an equipped open kitchen with high quality White goods and has a very modern and luxury design with clear colours that make it a clearer and brighter atmosphere with plenty of natural light. All the bedrooms have air conditioned as well as the living room. There are also two modern shower rooms. At the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed where there is a big window that gives plenty of natural light to this bedroom., it has also a very smart ensuite bathroom.



EXTERIOR: Leaving the bright living/eating room of this villa we find the swimming pool terrace where we can relax ourselves while seated on the beautiful White sofas during the warm Summer evenings and have a snack in the mornings under the big blind far from the strong Spanish sun. We can also enjoy the sun of our Costa Blanca on the sunbeds by the pool and have a refreshing bath on it. Very nice sea views from the Swimming pool as well. There is parking inside the plot.



LOCATION: This amazing villa is placed in a very quiet neighbourhood of Moraira, we can enjoy the best holidays here and arrive to the beautiful Cala Moraig and its transparent waters in four minutes and also go to the exclusive beaches of Moraira in 15 minutes by car. At this village you can find not only amazing sandy beaches but all kind of services and amenities so that you can spend the best holidays that you can imagine.
