Biograd na moru is another of Croatia’s popular holiday destinations, and also very popular as a sailing destination – this is the most indented part of the Croatian coast, so ideal for those exploring by sea. It is also an ideal location from which to visit a number of Croatia’s National and Nature parks. There are 4 National Parks that you can visit from Zadar area: Plitvice, Krka, Paklenica and Kornati, and in the immediate vicinity is the Vrana Lake Nature Park and Fun Park Biograd - fun for the whole family.

Villa Katarina, 370 m2 in size, has 4 bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms and a surrounding garden of 1020 m2 with a large private swimming pool with deckchairs, terrace with garden furniture, summer kitchen and a children's playground with a trampoline and table tennis. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and there is a hot tub on the roof terrace, so you can enjoy the view of beautiful nature with a glass of your favorite drink.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for families with children. Your pets are also welcome to come with you. The villa itself is located in a secluded area in pure nature and is surrounded by a high wall so that you will have complete privacy.
