Great place to stay! We were visiting a friend in the cute little town of benson and stayed one night.No front desk person but Easy instructions for check in and getting key. Only thing was the cleaning lady knocked on our door early in am to see if we had left yet. We were awake but if not I would have been super annoyed. I think they could use a better system than that for knowing when guests have checked out. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

It is a very good property if you do not need amenities. If you are looking for a basic room only for a nights rest it was a good value.

Room service comes, doesn't do much... no new towels no new shampoo, lets see 2 adults 4 nights only 1 tiny shampoo. Come on. My bed was horrible springs loud n broken. And i sat in a chair it broke, i placed on my bed so house keeping would replace the broken chair and nope they just put it back at table like really

This cute little motel was perfect for what I needed. The only thing I really didn’t like was there was no type of vending machines. The town is kind of in the middle of no where and there wasn’t any type place to get food. A snack would have been very helpful.

Pleasant stay!

This motel exceeded my expectations for the price. It’s very clean and quiet. Great water pressure and the bed was super comfortable. Check-in is a little different as there is no front desk worker. You will get a text before your arrival with a code that you enter at a kiosk in the lobby and your key pops out. It is simple. It’s also worth noting that they do not do early check-ins before 3pm. My biggest complaint is that the WiFi connection is slow and there’s only a Roku tv; no antenna/live channels. This made watching tv in the evening hard because every few minutes it would lose connection. My coworker in another room had the same issue. The room was also quite dark even with all the lights on. Overall I had a great stay and will definitely be back!
