I expected at least complimentary bottled water, iron, and ironing board in the room. The restaurant menu is very limited. Half of the menu items were not available. Also no coffee maker in the room. The rest was ok, not great

O hotel é novo, bem equipado, limpo e com ótimas facilidades. Destaco a qualidade dos materiais (móveis, cadeiras, mesas e utensílios) de ótima qualidade também, o café da manhã e a brinquedoteca. O que chateou foi o fato de eu ter errado a reserva (era para ser no hotel da frente) e teve um jogo em empurra entre Hotels.com e o DallOnder em relação à possiblidade de troca, que no final acabou não ocrrendo.

O café da manhã foi muito bom, com diferentes tipos de ovos e ótima variabilidade de alimentos. A disposição dos móveis no quarto, com a lateral da cama encostada na parede, dificultou o acesso à cama. Aquele seria um ideal para solteiro, e não para casal! Hotel está novo, atendimento simpático.
