I expected at least complimentary bottled water, iron, and ironing board in the room. The restaurant menu is very limited. Half of the menu items were not available. Also no coffee maker in the room. The rest was ok, not great

Hotel grande, bem localizado, boa comida e excelente café da manhã, mas com pouca estrutura para dar fluxo adequado ao grande número de hóspedes em hora de pico. Faltam elevadores para tanta gente. Não tem solução, obviamente, mas hóspedes podem esperar por até 5 ou mais minutos para conseguir descer dos andares ao térreo. Eu tinha reservado pela Hoteis.com quarto com cama de casal e nos foi dado um quarto com 2 de solteiro, mas a recepção consegui mudar, o que foi bom. No entanto a cama não era de casal, e sim a juntada de 2 de solteiro, que ficou aquém do conforto que esperávamos. Demais aspectos estavam OK. As pessoas são prestativas, o bar é bem atendido e as condições gerais do sagão são imponentes. Achei que o custo-benefício não compensou

Execelente Hotel, só uma melhoria para o hotel seriam os travesseiros, pois achamos pouco baixos, e poderia ser pouco mais altos, pois em outros hotéis que frequentamos eram modelos diferentes... Porém, é uma crítica contrutiva, como uma melhoria. O café da manhã deles é ótimo, estão de parabéns.

A equipe da recepção precisa de treinamento, uma vez que não sabem tratar com polidez os hóspedes. São ríspidos e parece que trabalham de má vontade. Chegaram a informar que nós não tínhamos reserva. Quanto aos manobristas são péssimos. Estacionei numa vaga e o manobrista pediu a chave do carro informando que colocaria num espaço melhor. Uma tragédia. Passou com meu carro, que tem um maleiro superior, em um local não apropriado, cortou o elástico de segurança, rasgou o maleiro na parte superior e nada foi comunicado. O caso só foi descoberto na manhã seguinte por um integrante do hotel que levou o caso à gerência que disse que esse caso era normal de acontecer. Olha só isso!
