I expected at least complimentary bottled water, iron, and ironing board in the room. The restaurant menu is very limited. Half of the menu items were not available. Also no coffee maker in the room. The rest was ok, not great

Tudo muito bom, café da manhã excelente, entretanto a reserva foi feita para cama de casal e havia duas camas de solteiro, tivemos que juntar as camas porém ficou uma fenda no meio. Havia somente dois travesseiros no quarto.

Hotel razoável. No dia da chegada solicitei À recepção o fornecimento de cabides, pois só existiam dois no armário, assim como a liberação do cofre, que quando cheguei estava trancado. O tempo que tive que aguardar pelo atendimento foi muito grande. Outra questão que me deixou insatisfeita foi o fato de eu ter conversado com o hotel antes da minha chegada e no meu checkin sobre a possibilidade de fornecimento de itens sem gluten para o café da manhã, o que foi confirmado pelo hotel. No primeiro dia de café da manhã fiquei decepcionada, pois só tinha um pão fatiado seco, um bolo de cacau e um bolo salgado com uma aparência terrível, que sequer experimentei. Ora, diante de um café da manhã com centenas de itens, qual a razão de não se atender adequadamente um hóspede que informou sua restrição alimentar. Tenho doença celíaca e não posso consumir o gluten. Informei, paguei o mesmo preço pelo café da manhã, se eu soubesse que seria tão ruim, não tinha pago.
