Offering amenities for up to 7 people, our three-story, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is the perfect blend of luxury and convenience!
On the second floor you'll find our living room area. Complete with a comfy seating, an easy-to-use remote-controlled fireplace, a Smart TV and Sonos sound system, a piano, and a little library. This is the perfect place to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee. Our wonderfully green kitchen features a large, granite-top island with three barstools, high-end amenities and appliances, and a walk-in pantry. The dining space has a table for 6, an additional cocktail table, and a wine room!
When it's time to settle down for the night, choose from any of our four bedrooms.
On the main floor:
(1) Our first Primary bedroom features a Queen-size bed, closet, kitchenette, and en suite bath.
Third floor:
(2) Our second Primary suite has a King-size bed, Smart TV, 3 closets, and en suite bath with soaking tub.
(3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath.
(4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath.
Additional space:
There is also a loft with a Twin bed.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
