The only critique at all is I wish they would restock the coffee station at turn down. Other than that the stay was excellent. It’s going to be our go to place for when we visit our daughter.

The hotel should be a 5 star and service was 5 star but I had a few issues that I should not have had for this caliber of hotel. My room was warm and too difficult to manage the temperature. I had engineering come up and adjust the temperature, 5 hours later still warm. I was moved to another room at midnight. Next morning the new room sink would not drain and the knobs fell off the fittings. The bed was quite comfortable. The lobby and bar with lounge very nice. The staff did take care of me and were super accommodating to me and my dog. Great location, I will stay again.!

All the staff were very courteous. From check-in to departure was pleasant. The second floor bar, The Eddy, was comfortable with delicious cocktails. The restaurant offered delicious wines and pastas! We ordered a light dinner from room service one evening and it arrived in the cutest picnic basket! And the lobby area is roomy and comfortable to just hang out, have a coffee, and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit.
