3 Day stay in Bertchgaden

It is a good price and a good location walking distance to about anything if you are an active family that likes to walk, hike and other activities. The only caution I have is, be aware the place does not come with Bed linens, towels or WiFi. When we booked the room in Feb 2022 there was no mentions that the items were not provided and coming from oversees to Europe you can not expect guests to bring these type of items. This is the only place I have ever stayed where we had to bring our own. We would not have know about it if we had not seen some reviews about it after we had booked the place Feb 2022 and once you book you can lose your deposit and Vrbo was no help and very slow responding. I had to e-mail the Host to very that he charged extra for bed linens and towels and toilet paper. We arrived at the place per the guidance given. The bathroom was not very clean as it had hair and dirt on the floor and the coffee table in the living room had glass ring marks from drinks from prior occupants. CAUTION and BEWARE this is the worse experience I have had with Vrbo and their competitor

No Sheets??!?

This was a stay in the middle of a 3 week vacation. A few days before getting there I happened to read reviews again and noticed they were much worse than when I booked it. The owner does not provide sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers or Wi-Fi! We ended up stopping at IKEA to buy a bunch of bedding we didn’t want to pack around. I am concerned about the cleanliness of the beds and pillows if they don’t provide the proper bedding to be washed between stays. There is little parking at the end of a steep hill, we are fit enough to walk this every night but beware if you are not ready for a hike to the apartment. I know this was cheaper than other rentals but I wish we would have paid more and stayed somewhere else.

Facilities not as described. Owner tried to add extortionate charges.

Overall very poor. No check in instructions for keys. Had to contact owner. No bedding or towels. When asked we were told it would be 80 Euro service fee plus 10 euro for each bedding! No wading facility in the flat as advertised. Taps not working in the bathroom. Vrbo were awful at sorting this out and despite escalating it they still haven’t contacted me to resolve. All in all a terrible service.

Stadt nah und steil

der Aufenthalt war soweit gut. die Wohnung liegt auf der Schattenseite, daher ist die Aussicht von der Wohnung nicht so schön. Man kann nur unten am Haus parken muss dann hoch laufen. Er weniger ein Problem war aber nicht so ersichtlich. Man sollte alles dabei haben was auch zu Hause braucht, zusätzlich noch Kleingeld für Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Ferienwohnung Berchtesgaden

Der Aufenthalt war okay. Folgende Mängel hatte die Wohnung. Das Bett im Kinderzimmer war sehr schlecht und hat keinen Sprungrahmen. Im Doppelbett fehlten Latten im Sprungrahmen und der Klodeckel ist lose. Die Wohnung hat keinen Bergblick, es ist kein Berg zu sehen. Sofa und Sessel sind durch gesessen.

Sehr schöne Gegend, man kann als Familie sehr viel abwechslungsreiche Dinge unternehmen. Die Tagen waren Ruck zuck rum! Wohnung sehr praktisch gelegen für alles, fußläufig zum Bahnhof, Busverkehr überall hin. Edeka ebenfalls fußläufig. Schöne Wohnanlage. Wohnung genau wie beschrieben.

Rundum zufrieden!

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Aufgrund der höher gelegenen Lage am Berg hat man einen prima Blick auf den Watzmann. Man sollte jedoch gut zu Fuß sein ;- ) Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt hervorragend. Sehr freundlicher Empfang vor Ort. Wir haben unsere Ferien jedenfalls sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder nach Berchtesgaden.

Objekt gut- Organisation schlecht

Es wurde vor Ankunft keine Mitteilung bzgl. Schlüsselübergabe erteilt. Es gab im Apartment keine Hinweise zum Thema Parken, Müllbeseitigung, Schwimmbadzugang. TV Sender stehen nur begrenzt zur Verfügung. An der Organisation mangelt es leider sehr. Auch für die Schlüsselrückübergabe gab es keinen Hinweis. Das Objekt es selbst hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht.

Kleine schnuckelig Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage

Kleine schnuckelig Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Pool im EG des Hauses. Sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Schöner Blick auf den Watzmann vom Balkon. Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern - da gibt es überhaupt nichts zu meckern 😀. Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial, da man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der direkten Umgebung hat, welche man auch problemlos mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen kann. Mit der Gästekarte sogar kostenlos. Unser Gastgeber beantwortete unsere Fragen sofort und mit viel Geduld schriftlich zurück und immer sehr freundlich. Für Notfälle vor Ort gab es auch die Notfalltelefonnummer von ihm falls irgendetwas nicht in Ordnung wäre. Begrüßt wurden wir von unserem Gastgeber mit einem netten kleinen Schreiben und zwei Berchtesgardener Bier und Gummibärchen. Dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön !! Ein-und Auschecken war völlig unkompliziert es wurde uns gesagt wie der Schlüssel für die Wohnung zu bekommen ist und wo wir ihn nach dem Aufenthalt abgeben sollen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz so mitgespielt hat. Aber es gibt ja kein schlechtes Wetter nur schlechte Kleidung 😉. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Appartement wie beschrieben

Das Appartement war wie im Inserat beschrieben, Klappbett im Wohnzimmer sehr modern und neu. Bett im Schlafzimmer groß, jedoch etwas knarzig. Zur Info: Kinderwagen soll in den Fahrrad Raum, dieser ist ebenerdig und gut zu erreichen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Uns hat die gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Balkon sehr gut gefallen - die Lage war zudem absolut spitze mit Bergpanorama ringsum. Unsere Kindern waren vom Schwimmbad im Haus natürlich besonders begeistert, das wir manchmal ganz für uns hatten. Sehr empfehlenswert insgesamt!

Gute Lage mit Hallenbad

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist total unkompliziert. Die Büsche müssten mal geschnitten werden damit man die Aussicht auf dem Balkon besser genießen kann. Das Hallenbad im Haus ist super und war ein toller abendlicher Spaß für die Kinder.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und das Appartment war in einem Top Zustand. Für 5 Personen über das Wochenende ausreichend zum Schlafen. Klare Weiterempfelung!

Achtung, nicht gerechtfertigte Kosten!

Bitte Achtung, Inserat teurer als auf den ersten Blick ersichtlich!! Man darf zusätzlich zum nicht geringen Buchungspreis noch 85€ bezahlen für Check-in und Ausweiskontrolle (Ausweisdokumente wollte NIE einer sehen, Schlüssel lag im nicht verschlossenen Briefkasten was wir aber auch erst bei der Nachbarin erfragen mussten), Kurtaxe (2,60€ pro Erwachsener) und Reinigung (was maximal Staubsaugen und Wischen beinhaltet da man alles selber mitbringen muss). Wieso also nochmal so viel Geld? Weil laut Aussage von Herrn Arnold fewo sonst zu viele Abgaben abzieht.... Aha 🤷🏻‍♀️ Wohnung ist ansonsten etwas klein und vollgestellt, hat aber eine gute kleine, jedoch gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Nähe zum zauberhaften Königssee ist unschlagbar.

Klasse Lage, schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super, man benötigt 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und 10 in die Innenstadt. Der Blick auf den Watzmann ist genial. Die Wohnung an sich ist sauber und schön. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Casa ottima per disposizione e praticità

A parte l' incomprensione della mancanza delle lenzuola e asciugamani, che non era menzionata nell'annuncio, il proprietario si è reso disponibile a risolvere il problema, la casa è pratica , completa di accessori in cucina, bagno e soggiorno con poltrone comode. Pienamente soddisfatti e una casa dove tornare. Piscina condominiale non disponibile
