Thought it would be better

Double bed was just two singles joined together without a double sheet hence the beds constantly moved apart. Service was not always as friendly as we would have expected from such a high rating. Some staff were friendly enough but others didn’t make an extra effort, making us feel that we were not welcomed.

Pretty hard to review the Heiman since they were not open when we booked it. No communication regarding this, just a sign on the door saying sorry we are closed please call this number. Mobile charges calling the number in the rain to find out we are further out of town than liked. Yet still nothing from the hotel.

A solid choice

Comfortable, very conveniently located and great breakfast. The first room I was given faced a busy road and was right across from an office full of people. I asked if a switch was possible and they were very accommodating. I even got an upgrade. No complaints!

Nice and clean hotel. Very good breakfast with a large choice of hot and cold food. We booked to is hotel with the premise of parking, but were told we would need to park in a public garage upon arrival, costing us a lot extra to park in Bergen
