We respect our guests` privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are readily available via the app or by phone should you have any questions or need assistance.
Our home is located in a natural, wooded setting. You may be lucky enough to spot local wildlife like deer and wild turkeys. It also means that there may be more bugs than in a major city.
We ask that all games, especially the axe-throwing setup, be used safely and responsibly by adults.
The property is supplied with well water, which is filtered and safe to drink.
We have one exterior security camera located on the garage facing the driveway to help monitor arrivals and ensure the safety of our guests and property. It only records outdoor areas. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.
● Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 10PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all time;
● Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM;
● No smoking allowed;
● Dogs are not allowed unless otherwise agreed to in writing and no more than two dogs at anytime (pet fee applies)
● Street parking is strictly prohibited. Do not exceed the maximum allowable vehicles. All vehicles must be parked on the paved driveway, in the garage, or in designated parking areas and not block the neighbor`s driveway.
● Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated;
● If the neighbors are disturbed, LRC Homes reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund;
● Tenant must maintain all property and furnishings in good order;
● Tenant may only use appliances for their intended use;
● Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property;
● All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter;
● Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed-upon occupancy limit;
Do not block the neighbor`s driveway during your stay.
