Villa Serenity truly lives up to its name. It’s the perfect setting for a few days of peace, relaxation, and high-end comfort. Whether with friends or family, the house offers a luxurious and cozy atmosphere, beautifully furnished with artistic details throughout.

The living room is spacious and elegantly decorated, featuring two large and comfortable seating areas that invite relaxation. Every detail reflects thoughtful and tasteful design choices.
The villa has six beautiful bedrooms, five of which have air conditioning (ground floor & upstairs). The main suite is large and luxurious, complete with an enormous walk-in closet and French doors that open to the garden, offering a direct view of the lake. On the same floor are two additional lovely bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The accomodation is 12 + 4, 16 MAX. 5 Matrimonial bedrooms (3 ground floor, 2 upstairs), 1 twin bed room (downstairs), living room (downstairs) 1 sofa bed and 4 chair beds.

The upper floor has two more charming bedrooms that share a bathroom, and the lower level—open to the garden’s lower section—includes another bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a large, well-furnished family room with a sofa bed and 4 chair beds which are suitable for kids.
The kitchen is large and perfectly equipped for a large group, making meal preparation a joy. The dining area is equally well appointed, with lovely multiple dining options: an outdoor table near the BBQ with a view of the lake, and another large dining table in the back garden right off the kitchen.
The front terrace has a lovely seating area with comfortable sofas facing the lake—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.

## Access

The Private road access brings you directly to the electric gates which open into a curved driveway. There is space enough for three cars. Villa Serenity sits amidst wonderful mature gardens and offers complete privacy.

## Interaction

A dedicated Property manager will meet you on site and assist you to create the perfect vacation. From confirmed reservation CLV offers a private itinerary planning service. Guests will be welcomed by the Property Manager and will have a complete tour of the villa so as to feel at home from the moment they arrive. CLV Lifestyle services offer assistance and recommendations on restaurant bookings, Chef services, Private Charter Boats, Ferrari, Helicopter rides, massuese services and much more.. ## Neighborhood

This splendid villa is located in Besozzo only a few minutes drive away from the beautiful Lago Maggiore shores in the Lombardy region, just north of the Borromeo Islands.
The town center is a short drive away while Laveno (8 km) is a 10 minute drive away where you can find many more shops, restaurants and stunning views of the lake. Laveno offers a speedy car ferry to enable exploring the Piemonte region.

## Transit

Convenient to Milan, international airports (Malpensa 28km), fast trains and the car ferry port.
