Stayed for one night for a quick visit to Norwich and nearby Wroxham. Chose a room with a pitch view as travelling with a big football fan. View was great but a shame the outside of the window was so dirty as it spoiled it slightly. Rest of the room was fairly standard, some black mould in the bathroom that needs attention. Location was fine, approx a 20min walk to Norwich Cathedral. Parking was an additional charge but no problem finding a space (might be harder on match days).

Fantastic location and real estate

Amazing location in Norwich attached to the stadium. Real estate is large and room was very spacious. Two double beds ideal for family. TV could be improved in size and age. Shower fixture good quality but again could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was great even when busy, credit to the staff and the capital spend. Please keep going

mold in bath and sink.

overall its ok, our bath had mold stains and there was a very bad smell of mold when the water came out of the focet sink. i was affraid to clean my teeth and thoth brush with that water. i told it to the lady in the front desk when we left.. she didn't care much. also if you come with a dog have in mind he cant eat. breakfest with you.

We only had breakfast at this Hotel, which was excellent mostly! We didn't like the 9-30 finish during the week. Some hotels serve food much later. Unfortunately I couldn't walk to Norwich because I couldn't walk that far and my friend had to drive each night. Not a problem. I'd like to mention a receptionist called Eva because she was extremely helpful finding another room with an accessible bathroom. Not only that but my friend had an adjoining room. Although the shower flooded the first time I used it! This was pretty dire but maintenance did a great job sorting it out. I presume there was a blockage in the outlet. Re the beds. I wasn't totally comfortable because of the fractures in my spine. We couldn't understand why there were no single beds anywhere in the hotel. Again not a problem, just an observation. I definitely recommend this hotel but recommend you ring beforehand and speak to Monica the Reception Manager to ask any questions you may have. I found that most helpful.Norwich is a good base for travelling around, which we thoroughly enjoyed. This review is from Philippa Dean NOT Martin Dean, my husband because he died in 2023

Lovely staff - hotel on edge of town centre - walkable to restaurants and with paid parking. Room a little tired but clean. Breakfast had excellent selection.

Nice, spacious room. Yes, as many people have said, rooms and beds need upgrading, but that didn’t bother us too much. What bothered me was that I chose this room for the air cooling, but it didn’t work. There was no available room to move us to, but someone was supposed to be coming in on the Monday to check it. I don’t know if they did, but it was never fixed. A family member lent us a fan in the end so we could sleep.

Convenient and pleasant stay

Nice hotel, located very close to the station which is very convenient to get around. Staff are friendly - nice lobby area to chill and have a drink. Room size is good. My only negative was the one lift not working my entire stay which was frustrating only having one lift in use - caused a lot of congestion - never saw any work happening to fix it. A/C was an issue in the room. I suggest they eventually upgrade the bathrooms to have proper showers and not showers in a bath - that is not safe and not conducive for old people. Despite this I would definitely stay at the hotel again when I return to Norwich.
