This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation in one of Bethany Beach’s most popular communities. Situated with tennis courts right in front of the home and a peaceful pond bordering the back, this property provides a serene setting for your vacation. Whether you are launching kayaks for a morning paddle, or walking to the premier community amenities, this home is an ideal home base for active groups.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Main Level
The first floor features a bright and open living space designed for gathering. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area, and a spacious living room that looks out toward the tranquil pond. A convenient powder room is also located on this level.
Sleeping Quarters
All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The Primary Suite features a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. The third bedroom features bunk beds and is a great space for children. There is a shared full bath on this floor as well.
Community Amenities
The Salt Pond is an amenity-rich community. Guests have access to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, pickleball and tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, a fitness room, shuffleboard, and a playground. Access cards are provided at the property; anyone 16 or older must have a card to use the amenities, and those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a card.
Salt Pond is also home to an exceptional and meticulously maintained 18 hole mid-length golf course, surrounded by scenic woodlands and sparkling ponds. Renters can schedule tee times with the pro-shop.
Salt Pond offers the perfect location to launch your kayaks. Two are provided by the homeowner for your use during your stay! Enjoy kayaking the Assawoman Canal and associated waterways which connect to the Little Assawoman Bay, offering expansive paddling options.
Enjoy an easy walk the Fred Hudson Road Trail which leads to the beautiful Fresh Pond trail and bay views!

Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
