Facing the Pic du Gar (GR10) and 15 km from the family resort of Mourtis, this pretty wooden chalet awaits you, nestled in this mountain hamlet, for your walks and fishing trips with family or friends. In season, it is common to see and hear deer and stags nearby. Nearby tourist attractions: 3 km from the Garonne River (hiking, fishing, and cycling), 6 km from Lake Géry (open-air café), 8 km from Marignac train station (skiing in Luchon, visiting Toulouse) and the Pyrénées Hô leisure park, 20 km from Spain and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (a favorite village of the French), and 25 km from Bagnères-de-Luchon. Gîte on 4 levels, each separated by 6 steps: Ground floor: entrance with laundry room. 1st level: living room with fitted kitchen opening onto a south-facing terrace. 2nd level: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), shower room, separate WC. 3rd level: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm) with office area and south-facing terrace and 1 bedroom (1 single bed 90cm) under the roof.
