It is a newly built chalet with all the comfort elements incorporated. It has 1 suite with a private bathroom, a room with a double bed, and a third room that can be used as a bedroom and/or office, and a shared bathroom on the first floor. Likewise, it has on the ground floor a spacious living room full of natural light, a full kitchen and several outdoor terraces to enjoy the outdoors. It has a large swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, within a completely fenced complex. All of the facilities on the farm will be at your disposal.
Located very close to the urban center of Biar, declared one of the 10 most beautiful municipalities and best cities in the Valencian Community, with a complete set of services, a spectacular environment of mountains and landscapes that allow excursions and contact with nature.
They can also be easily accessed by highway with Alicante and the airport. The property is completely fenced and has security measures for people and pets. Important: the pool will only be available in the summer season, if you wish to use it out of season you must consult in advance.
