On the ground floor you will find a beautiful entrance hall overlooking a relaxation area with in the background a beautiful American kitchen bathed in light and fully equipped opening onto the terrace, behind large windows.
A separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine complete the ground floor.
On the first floor, you will find the sofa area with a flat screen TV and the master suite with dressing room and a shower room with Italian shower.
Finally, the second and last floor houses the last two bedrooms with king size beds.
