This beautiful newly built modern villa is located in the charming town of Bibinje, 8 km from the city of Zadar. Bibinje is a tourist destination, which in summer is full of fun and cultural activities and an authentic gastronomic offer. In the town, you will find a large selection of old taverns offering Dalmatian specialties, as well as modern bars for relaxing with cocktails. The house itself is in the immediate vicinity of the beach and Marina Dalmacija, the largest marina on the Adriatic. This villa is therefore an ideal base for sailing lovers and exploring the Zadar archipelago and its beauties. The exterior of the villa is equipped with a heated pool, a terrace with a barbecue and a dining area, and a sauna by the pool. The villa is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a luxurious and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living room with a large corner sofa and an indoor fireplace. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, while on the last floor you will find a terrace with a jacuzzi and a comfortable lounge area with a wonderful view of the Zadar archipelago.
