The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are large, the buffet breakfast is huge, and the food is fresh! The iced Vietnamese coffee was delicious! The private beach area with walkway above the busy street, with chairs, towels, and drinks/food option was fabulous! The staff is kind, and helpful in all ways. They arranged a limousine ride back to Ho Chi Minh City airport for us, and it was wonderful! We will return again for sure!

This hotel is simply the best. We have been going there since 2011 and look forward to always returning. all suites are perfect the staff are excellent and courteous, polite and very helpful. The management and staff always strive to go that extra mile for their guests.

The property is absolutely First Class. The issue would be a lot of construction as Vung Tau is growing into a major destination. We won’t hold that against The Imperial Hotel, it just bears sharing. There are roadblocks and noise which will no doubt subside. Hopefully soon. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the food is great. Very helpful friendly staff. The beach has way too much rubbish, even in front of the hotel. But…this is a special property!

Great , great of everything the only one thing I missed that the front beach is no longer private with its owed beach , private swimming pool by the beach, private dining room and restaurant. I was with my husband this time and I was disappointed that it no longer there. But I was glad that the Hotel able kept their over pass from the hotel to the beach

-Food: Offers an impressive selection of flavorful dishes, ranging from Eastern to Western cuisines. -Bedroom: Mattress and pillows are exceptionally soft and comfortable; however, the twin bed feels rather narrow. -Internet: Connection is unstable, with noticeably weak signal strength.

The place is nice but felt old and needs to be updated with newer clean feel. Staff was very nice, especially the bell hop gentleman that brought my luggage to the room. His name is Anthony. He spoke great English and was very friendly. Asked if my needs and provided great suggestions, Always willing to assist. He should be promoted and train new staff on hospitality. He gets it. For the daily inclusive breakfast, again great staff service and delicious variety of foods. Price is in the higher side for the quality but service makes up for feeling welcomed and catered to.
