LIVING SPACE – Comfortable 840+ sq ft home with a spacious living room, Smart TV, dining area, and a stunning rock wood-burning fireplace. High beamed ceilings and luxury laminate wood flooring create a warm and inviting mountain ambiance. A mini-split AC system in the main living area offers a much sought-after amenity in Big Bear.

ROOMS & BEDS – 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and feature vaulted ceilings and large windows. First bedroom has a King bed. Second bedroom has a queen bunk bed and twin bed. A pack & play and baby gate are available for families with young children. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN – Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and steel sink. Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
