Long wknd trip

Great location, host is welcoming and easy to chat with. I gave a 4 star for cleanliness and accuracy due to bed comforter being stained. Once agent arrived luckily she was able to change the comforter. In addition, the bunk bed was cover the TV which was unfortunate due to not being able to watch a movie in the bedroom.

Perfect for a cozy getaway near the lake

This home was so cute and cozy. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with enough plates, utensils and cookware. The living room has a big comfortable sectional couch and the fireplace was so easy to use with no mess involved. The neighborhood is quiet and its a short walk to the lake. The host was very friendly and made checking in and out a smooth and easy process.

Cute cabin

Very comfortable and clean, and very cozy. Might suggest washcloths in bathrooms. Yard needs some TLC, which I am sure is up to the property managers. Berta, our host, was always responsive to our messages and would get back to us quickly. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay, Thank you!

10 STARS TO SUPERHOST!!!

We had an absolute wonderful stay at Bertas property. Check in was a breeze and the agents met us with a freshly shoveled walkway and driveway. A basket of treats greeted us and the very clean and well appointed home was better then the photos!!! Everything was so comfortable it was like walking into your own home. The owner was super responsive to all our questions and should be considered a superhost! We will definitely recommend this home to anyone needing a home away from home. We will coming back soon to explore all that Big Bear Lake has to offer.

Perfect mini trip

I found this property a few days before the trip and i had a few questions and the owners were very responsive. I wish I could have stayed more nights. The property was clean, it looked just like the picture, all the appliances worked!

Cozy and peaceful. Family was very happy

we stayed over the weekend, first time going on a family trip in a long while. the place was clean , and quick response with management. We were very happy with stay, and hope to coming back soon. I highly recommend the place if you are looking for a clean and peaceful place to stay.
