Stayed at this hotel many times but this was my first time travelling with my 3 month old. The window in the room let I'm a terribly cold draft. My little one had to sleep in his snowsuit. The hotel closed it's automatic door due to the cold and the side door you were meant to go into did not have a button to hold the door open making it incredibly difficult to come in and out with bags and a carseat. The room service menu in the suite offers alcoholic drinks, however it does not state there is a cut off time. Around 10:45pm we were denied taking our drink to our room, as well as told we could not have our infant in what apparently was the lounge, being informed of this AFTER ordering our drinks. This would not have been a problem if the hotel clearly stated or had signage that the restaurant turned into a lounge at a certain hour, or that room service had a cut off time of what we later learned was 10pm. This unfortunately will be the last time I stay at this hotel. It felt very unwelcoming for a young family and had too many rules/regulations that are not clearly stated, you are only informed of them when it's too late.

The room was dirty and we had no face cloths. Then at breakfast we found a huge cockroach in the women’s bathroom in the lounge area. Notified the supervisor on duty he didn’t seem overly alarmed. Didn’t offer any sort of refund or discount, just simply sent someone to check on it. Sounds like this hotel is well aware they have a cockroach issue by the other reviews online dating back years!! I cancelled my room there for next weekend and I’ll never stay there again!
