The lowest temperature today (Jan 11, 2026) in Bikaner was 4 degrees C. As we being seniors we asked for a room heater, previous evening, as there was no central heating. Unfortunately our request was completely ignored. We requested for additional quilt, which was damp when given, so was of no use. We wanted to leave this hotel to another one, but as it was late evening, and we were extremely tired, we had to stay. In the morning both me and my wife, and our senior colleagues couple, got up with severe headache and had to consult our General Practitioner. In our opinion, we request, that our money must be refunded. Also would not recommend any seniors to stay at this Hotel in winter. In addition the room was damp, dirty, no bins, and very poor internet. I can send all the pictures as proof !.
