Convenience and Conviviality c0me to mind...

The hotel was very centrally located, the staff, especially at check-in, very friendly efficient and helpful. There are plenty of options for eating and the tram, metro and bus/train station, all are within a 3 minute walk of the hotel. Our stay of 5 days would definitely have us returning a next time when in Bilbao. Beautifully designed as well.

The service staff is excellent; however, the registration agent was less than enthusiastic to offer, suggest anything, or even try to help me when I dialed the front desk from my room regarding the phone service. Location was a little inconvenient for Uber pick up with luggage, but very close to other transportation. The hotel looks brand new and very stylish. The only issue I had was how Inconvenient the coffee maker was to get to, as well as all the high shelves. These shelves would have been incredibly useful at a lower level. It just felt like the focus was on technology and not on customer service.

We had a nice stay in the hotel. However, the reception was always one person and needed to wait to be served all the time. Also, we have chosen to pay the accommodation fee on the day we arrive, but they took the money one month before without our permission.
