Modern hotel in a central location with helpful staff. They directed us to the Guggenheim and booked us a dinner reservation. My room had a great view of the river and a huge bathtub, which is a luxury I appreciate on a long trip.

Excelente apartamento muy buena ubicación, muy limpio y muy bien equipado. Muy cerca de las principales calles comerciales de Bilbao. El único problema es que la entrada al estacionamiento es "tricky" y me costó un poquito de trabajo navegar las calles del centro de Bilbao, algunas que no parecen ni siquiera calles 5 estrellas en definitiva

Loved the cool minimalist design of this hotel in a historic building with historic details. The staff is very nice and the rooms are very comfortable. The area is very central with an easy walk to dining, bars, shopping, transportation and the new city. It was nice to view the river, the bridges and the Bilbao hills right from the room. The city market is also very close. It is a great introduction to the city.
