Very nice new hotel on the West End. Staff is kind. You can get a glass of wine or a beer and they have a small food menu. We’ve stayed here a couple times and enjoy it.

Beautiful newer hotel in a nice location in town. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The Hyatt Place breakfasts are outstanding, far superior to other complimentary breakfasts. Lots of hot food options. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Billings.

Hotel is fairly new, so everything looks nice and clean. Price was great for Billings. Did have to pay for everything - ex. cookies in lobby are not complementary, laundry is very expensive, etc

Great Hotel, but breakfast looked good but was not fresh tasted Microwaved. Potatoes had the texture of cardboard, Eggs were flavor less. Canadian Bacon was good.

Hotel and room were beautiful, front desk ladies were super nice, but there were dogs barking for hours in the room down the hall from us, and the breakfast buffet was completely empty by the time we got to it (with still an hour left for breakfast). Ended up eating hard boiled eggs and left as we didn’t have time for them to make more buffet food.
